My name’s Becks and I joined Slimming World 18 years ago after the birth of my second son. I felt really low, unconfident, and unattractive but determined to lose my baby weight and start feeling good again. Food Optimising is amazing and I can eat my favourite meals like spag bol, curries and still have a takeaway and enjoy a bar of my yummy dark chocolate if I fancy it! The main thing for me was I could eat to my appetite and not feel like I was depriving myself! I’ve lost over 3st and at the start of 2026 I celebrated 15 years as a Consultant, a job I love and to help others achieve their goals is the most amazing feeling in the world.
